No planning permission glass house

Hi I would like to know what outhouse can be built attached to a brick wall divided by bi-folds from brick wall going out into this outhouse and how much it would cost please. On a commercial building charity centre, 4m x 4m glass house or similar not too expensive which doesnt require planning permission thanks!

The best thing to do is contact your local planning folks.
They will give you the most accurate and honest information as they are the ones who 'police' this work.
They get the last say on building works and will usually give you all of the information you need for free.
You can usually email them, so include a sketch of what you want to do and as detailed an explanation as you can...
