Hot water only provided when I press booster switch on boiler.

Hello. I have a flat in a large complex. I have a large tank and boiler which only seems to be providing hot water when the booster switch is pressed. Any suggestions?

Hi, Sounds like the timer isn't working. May need to be replaced.
