Toilet Seat Bidet Installation on Wall-Mounted Toilet

Hello, Is it possible to install a toilet seat bidet to an existing wall-mounted toilet without any heavy demolition or breaking into the tiled wall it is built into? The water supply, flushing mechanism and drainage hole are concealed within the wall behind which is also tiled. Any recommendations for how installation of a bidet like this https://www.victorianplumbing.co.uk/edmonton-universal-bidet-toilet-seat-attachment can be achieved? Thanks!
