Hi, I have a 2 bed terrace in warrington and would like a ballpark figure for a refurb

The house would need a rewire, new clec consumer unit, new gas combi boiler, possibly 6 new radiators, although the existing rads look. like they're ok, plasrering throughout including ceilings,fitting of kitchen and bathroom suite {already purchased} skirting and coving and tiling the kitchen and bathroom any advice gratefully received many thanks

Skim 100-1800 dep on room sizes/ condition
Tiling 25 per sq met
