Hi Danny , hope this helps if it brand new , i would be tempted to return and swop for a Honeywell, if its being fitted a started to play up renew the batterys , ( not with rechargable ones ), sure theres a reset pin hole on those, a couple of customers had issues with them in the past , its worth spending the extra on a Honeywell 1,
