Can you use spray adhessive for felt backed carpet on concrete stairs?

Spraying direct two concrete would not be recommended as it will get soaked up due two it being pores the best way would be two youse a loose mix of leveling compound (screed) this would be known as a wash coat inn the trade.

yes you can use spray adhesive on concrete stairs but f3 adhesive is safer

Not recommended to apply straight to the concrete, we would apply pva glue first then we would use a latex for build up for the carpet to be placed on top.
