Are there legal regulations regarding installing a Saniflo toilet
Anonymous user 15/03/2024 - 2.44 PM
I live in middle flat of 3 flats in house conversion. New owners have installed a Saniflo toilet above my lounge/dinning room. It's not the noise that is worrying me, it's the fact that they often overflo flooding properties below, bringing down ceilings, with toilet waste!

No regulations are required. If it hasn't been installed correctly then they has to sort it. Claim from them for any damages and it would be in their interest to get it sorted. You could contact the council health and safety board and see what they say.
