just relaced my esprag window handle on my bathroom top opening window ,problem is it is now locking in the wrong position and opening when flush ? what have i done wrong

when opened the cant shut as handle catches on frame?

what have you done wrong?you have meddled in things you know nothing about hence the question on ere ,sounds like youve fitted the handle in reverse ,call out a window fitter ,25-40 pounds inc handle

Hi ste123green What you need to do is take the handle off again. Then put the locks into the opposite position and the put the handle back on.It sounds like you just put the handle on wrong on your first attempt.I'm sure that you can do this on your second attempt. Hope this helps Trevor & Mike

HI, JUST OPEN YOUR WINDOW TAKE OFF THE HANDLE AND PUT IT BACK ON WITH THE HANDLE IN THE OPEN POSITION.
