Boiler was working fine now heating doesn't come on

Boiler was working fine now heating doesn't come on. Hive fitted a few weeks ago and boiler serviced last week and all working fine including this morning. Combi boiler and have hot water but when switching heating on thru Hive app everything 'clicks' as it should but boiler doesn't fire up. Took internet out and tried from just the hive Thermostat and again, everything clicks but boiler doesn't fire up. Any help/advice would be most appreciated.
