Can I use metal.wood satin over emulsion on plaster walls?

Walls have several layers of previous emulsion on them. What I have is a satin one coat House of colour for interior wood and metal. I know that if I ever want to emulsion again I would have to sand the surface. Apart from that is there any problem with doing this?
————— Thank you for your answers. As it was what I had I did it. The finish is excellent, but as Thomas Daniel stated as a possibility, the smell is very strong and is fading slower than the correct paint! Other than that and the possibilty of roof leaks, I agree with the best not, but in a pinch go for it.
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?
I would never advise anybody to do this as it is described as a paint for metal and woodwork but strictly speaking, yes, you should be fine to put this on a wall. And you are correct in thinking you will need to give it a good sand / key if you want emulsion to adhere to it properly later on down the line.
Not sure if what you have there is oil or water based satin, probably oil-based if it's recommended for metal so it will really smell for a good few days! Make sure you paint with all the windows open and ventilate the room as much / as often as you can afterwards until the smell goes. Fumes are nasty and will give you a headache if you're breathing them for hours on end.
The only issue I can think of that may possibly arise in the future is the paints lack of breathability in the event of a water leak in / down the wall(s) you intend to paint. Oil-based paint is water-proof and moisture will not be able to come through it. Therefore what will happen should you get a leak is the moisture will come through the wall until it hits the impermeable layer and then it will lift the paint off the wall in large bubbles. Depending on the extent of the water damage this may be a small pain or a large pain to sort out!
Hope this helps
