Can I fiberglass on top off topcoat

Hi, can i fiberglass straight onto topcoat or do i have to sand it first. cheers

Sand with 60 grit, clean off dust with a blower then actone the surface prior to re-laminating- all within the same day ensuring the surface is clean and dry.

No, you have to get rid of topcoat first and sand the surface to have good grip.

Hi the top coat should be sanded off, then acitone used to cause a slight reaction in the fibreglass. Painting over that topcoat it will just flake off in time
