Should a shower tray slope to ensure it drains

Should a shower tray be fitted to slope so it drains well ? If yes, will the shower enclosure / doors have problems being installed so water doesn’t leak ? Many thanks

In short no the shower tray is made so it fits level to the floor the part you stand on when having a shower is sloped to the drain hole.

Yes that is correct slightly out of level running towards the plug whole but nothing dramatic this will not effect the doors @bewickbuildingservices

A lot of the big stone 30 40mm trays are not perfect along there base but if you don't get as near as, your going to have trouble ,its to late once its in and tiled, theres not a lot of adjustment on some of the new doors
