Kitchen Fitting

Movement of plumbing

Anonymous user 23/02/2024 - 3.20 PM

I have just obtained a property with the layout that used to be a balcony that has been blocked up next door to a small kitchen & in the middle of these two rooms is a massive cupboard containing the fuse box. I am asking if it would be possible to block off the door to the utility room & knock down part of a wall that currently houses an old larder type cupboard in the kitchen. I’d then like to find out if it would be possible to them plumb in a washing machine & potentially a dishwasher in this room that is next door to the kitchen creating a separate utility room space

There are many ways, it all depends on where we can route the pipework but surly possible.
