Rats under old floorboards in bedroom

Rats have penetrated floors',stairs,and walls of my flat on 1st floor and ground floor flat. The house is a 1920s built terraced property that has been split in 2 seperate flats. This I believe is a long term problem. Any advise would be appreciated.

Rat catcher an rat repellant to get rid off the rats.. Then get a rat investigater team make sure all germs are cleared up.. If you would like to save money make sure you use disinfectant everything an bleech where possible every inch to make sure clear from diseases such as weils disease.
