No hot water, but central heating works on Vaillant EcoTec plus 618

My boiler (Vaillant EcoTec plus 618) is no longer generating hot water. The central heating is working. When I check the boiler, the option to set hot water temperature in the boiler is no longer available in the LCD menu option. Also when I check the information, it will return a status code - S.07: Heating mode: Pump overrun. The boiler is under insurance, but I would like to understand the issue first before I call the engineer. The engineer was already called out on another issue and rather than spend more money, I would like to understand the issue first.
