Bathroom Fitting

Downstairs WC Toilet in existing garage

Anonymous user 28/02/2024 - 3.41 PM

I have a bare walled breeze block enclosure inside my garage only big enough for a toilet and wc basin with a centred window on its rear wall. Under this window, is a pan waste pipe that sticks out the floor by 270mm and the concrete garage floor is between 110mm to 130mm below house finished floor level. Problem is the waste pipe is misaligned horizontally to the centre of the back wall by 70mm. Can anyone recommend the best way of how to correct this misalignment using maybe a waste flange or offset/eccentric pan connection? The aim is to install a wall hung wc pan alligned centrally to the middle line of the window.

You could use a flexible connector, without seeing the actual layout its hard to say based on that description.

Rather than use a flexi connector you can get offset or step-up connectors, without seeing the problem it's hard to say.also depends on how far the soil pipe is from the toilet.
