Can underfloor heating system combined with wood burning stove be installed in phases?

I would like to install a wood burning stove with a back boiler and combine it with wet UFH and connect it to existing central system just for back up. I have not got enough funds to do it at once. Is it possible to do it gradually fe insulate the floors first, install wood burning stove next, lay down UFH etc. Many thanks, Flora
