Old free standing boiler - radiators not heating up

Just moved in! Central heating switched on but no heat to radiators :( (with the exception to the bathroom radiator coming on warm. This the same room as the water tank). It has been working previously in the year - during viewings. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks, Matthew

Check heating pump working and timer/clock sending power to pump.
