Water drops ,and condensation on bathroom ceiling

I live in a ground floor flat ,my bathroom ceiling is cladded but every two to three weeks drips of water appear mostly in the same places the owner of the flat above as had is floor boards up and all is dry ,it also happens when we have not used the bathroom for ten days could this still be condensation

If the bathroom is cold and not well ventilated it could cause condensation to appear the moisture gathers in cold spots so that could explain why it’s in the same place . Try to keep the room ventilated and at room temperature if it persists you may have to investigate the area further there may be a slow drip somewhere coming from a pipe behind the cladding .
