I would strongly recommend inviting a Gas Safe engineer who specialises in boiler breakdowns to investigate and reports his findings. You have already put yourself at risk by removing the boiler case, leave these issues to qualified engineers, and please think of your own safety first! NB: A note to other gas engineers think twice before offering advice to the general public on matters they may not understand in this instance!

Visit: https://www.worcester-bosch.co.uk/support/customer-support Or call: Technical Support 0330 123 3366 General Support 0330 123 9559 Explain your problem. Ask what it can be and how much it will cost you to have their approved Worcester boiler engineer? They should be nuts about 'Worcester' and have all parts needed for repairs of any 'Worchester'.
