Change fixed rainfall shower head to add a second handheld shower head without breaking tiles

I have a rainfall shower head fixed to the ceiling of my shower but I would like to have a handheld shower head in addition to this. Is it possible to add this without breaking any tiles?

easy if your shower is exposed pipework,but not so easy if it is built into wall.

Hi there it should be possible to run a separate hand held outlet but the pipe work for this will probably need to be run surface unless there is access through the wall from behind.
