An intmittent groaning noise! Any advice

I had a ppower flush on my gas central heating system and since then I have had an intermittent groaning noise. Is it dangerous?

hi, possible air in system make sure all radiators are vented and pressure valve on plumbing work near boiler if vented system ,if unvented should be pressure valve near cylinder. sometimes air stays trapped after power flush.
