damp wall in bathroom not sure who we need or how much it will cost?

We think it may be coming in externally. there is a blocked up doorway on the external side of the wall that may be the cause. who do we call to find out what is going on? thanks

Get a builder round to check it, could be when the doorway was blocked they have breached the cavity, or omitted any dpc.
