Can I get a refind if the job is not done properly?

My guttering leak was done by a builder. It is not done properly and it is still leaking. it is not properly level down to down pipe. I have inform the trader but so far no reply. if he is not repairing I need part of the money to refund. can I get the refund? If this not acceptable please let me know the reasons. thank you

Id come out redo it and if i couldnt do it no charge apart from materials that would be still up no point in paying for a job not done

always be carefull who you get to do a job ,i always return to a job if there is a problem and do the repairs free of charge if it is something i have done by mistake
