WHERE ARE THE EAVES CALCULATED FROM ON A FLAT ROOF? I WAS TOLD BY PLANNING IT IS THE TOP OF THE ROOF...BUT THAT DOENST MAKE ANY SENSE

When calculating the eves you need you should measure 100m over hang on both sides of the flat roof that will give u the correct amount of eves that u will need
