blocked sink with unblocked pipes

Hi. My kitchen sink blocked. O used some unblock product it dit not work. Finaly openned pipe under the sink it was clean and used drain cleaning spring over 2 m. there was no blocking dirt but my sink is stil blocked. What could be the reason for that?

saying that the spring was only 2m long I would think the blockage is a lot further down maybe even at the entrance into the main stack or drain

where your sink waste enters soil stack or drain is blocked creating back pressure in pipe stopping it emptying your sink,this happens a lot if soil stack is not vented but has air admittance valve on it that can not deal with back pressure check your drains.
