Roof leak, no downpipes.

Anonymous user 15/03/2024 - 2.42 PM

I have a flat roof. I cannot see any downpipes front or back of the house or along row of mid terrace houses which all have flat roofs. Once during heavy rain, water dripped heavily along one side of the house, just in front of the window. Is this because the 'roof' guttering is overflowing, no longer adequate or non existent? Thanks.

there could be many different reasons for this , without looking its impossible to say exactly what is happening, the guttering on your or the adjoining properties could be full of rubbish stopping the water flow, the guttering may be badly aligned, your best bet is post the job on the site and get a local roofer round to asses the cause/cost. good luck Alex
