can you use self adhesive tiles straight on top of Caberfloor,? It was laid down as the final top layer of floor sound proofing, Thanks

Yes you can, However, you would have to check the surface carefully to make sure it's clean and dust free, it's not the best surface to stick to, you could use some extra adhesive.
