Bathroom Fitting

Fitting of new shower hose to pipe at base of cistern. This is used as personal hygiene jet spray.

White plastic end stop on water outlet cannot be removed. Should it pull off or screw off. Neither works.

Hi frank, if it’s the one I’m thinking off (Victoria plumb) you have to grab it with grips and pull hard and turn. Failing that just pull it out hard.
