can you use self adhesive tiles straight on top of Caberfloor,? It was laid down as the final top layer of floor sound proofing, Thanks

i wouldn't i would put uni-bond down, and self leveler on first over joints to stop cracking

You should never fit directly too Caber floors . I would install ditra matt to save any height and cracking issues. Alternatively use plywood for safe installation.
