chimney vents to concret over to rid smell?

Hi My neighbours smoke weed canabis every afternoon and thoughout late evening and early morning. I can smell it as it comes through the air vents into my bedroom and my kids room, my room fills up with the smoke too. I hate it. my neighbours cannot be approached for fear of unwanted attacks and taunting. we do have fire places butdont use them. what can I do ? I cannot live like this and my boys room hve got a black wall due to the smoke coming through there. I have put a brick in the gap and covered with new metal vents and closed them but its strong that I have to leave my window open all night. Its just not right. plz help me can I concrete the gap will that get rid of it?

Sorry to say the smell of Skunk....weed.....spliff etc all the same.....nothing you can do. If you are a private resident and they are owners to then its hard unless they are dealers. If you own your house and they rent...then complain to the owner/management owner. If its a housing association house complain......... NOTHING you can do will get rid of the smell other than get rid of them....or you move. Sorry Just an honest answer.
