I have previously been a wren approved installer. The Wren product is good quality. The issues arise from poor design and measuring but you could experience this from any supplier. Wren also often fall down when there is a product issue, the time it takes to get replacement product is very long. Due to the reputation that Wren have for poor customer service a lot of independent installers will decline to fit them. If you want a good quality product with a smooth installations service I would recommend finding an independent installer that also supply kitchen. They will be able to supply you a product of equal (or better) quality with a good back up service if there are any issues.

I’ve fitted numerous wren kitchens and every single one has had items missing which in some cases have taken months to come the units themselves are of mediocre quality at best I’d seek a kitchen elsewhere if it was myself as there are several reasonable quality kitchens out there at the right price

It doesn't matter whether you get it from Wren or Magnet etc ... because they all have their tricks to make a little extra money which means less quality for you. I would suggest as the others did too, find an independent installer, supplier. If you think you are being cheated on with the quality by them too, here are few things that will determine a good quality cabinet: 1. All plywood and not particleboard 2. Solid full height plywood back panel 3. Soft close hinges, same for drawer glides 4. Hardwood dovetail drawer boxes 5. I-beams, corner gussets or braces not from plastic 6. Cabinets assembled in the factory
