Repair to a private car park

Anonymous user 28/02/2024 - 3.39 PM

For a 40+ square metre repair to a private but much-used car park, would you replace the binder course? If so, what depth for that and the surface course, please? Or is it OK to use K1-40 bitumen emulsion and a 30mm surface course?

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

If the repair is small enough you can use cold tar and wacker plate to patch in small bits of broken tar as something of that size could be very costly

I would just keep it. If it not sinked, you shouldn't worry.
