Living room Extension project

Hi all, i want to extend our living room and want to know what i will need to do, its a 3.5m x 2m extension on the side of the house which is detached, we have a builder in place who has said it will be an easy job, other than architect and council who else would i require? thanks

Hi, For your extension, as well as your builder and architect, you will potentially need an electrician for any new sockets/light fittings and a plumber for any extra radiators. Your builder might have some contacts who have worked with them on other jobs. Stephen
