Rought guide cost for installing air bricks to the external walls

We would like to improve air flow and ventilation in our 1900's semi detached house. We have an underlying issue with condensation black mould and want to improve the property ventilation with approx. 4 air bricks, 2 to the front and 2 to the back maybe.

if its a solid brick building this will achieve nothing as there is no cavity
