What certificate is required in Scotland for a new electrical circuit

We have had a new kitchen installed and to fit the hob we had a new circuit installed from the fuse box, also some under cabinet lights, 3 or 4 had wiring from last kitchen, the 4th he took a spur off the other lights (I think, something like that). What certificates do we need for this work, especially the new circuit? We love in Scotland, so it's not a Part P cert. Thanks.
