Water running down bedroom wall

Hi we have water running down our bedroom wall. It's a detached property and it is not an outside wall... Any ideas

Possible causes; 1) condensation 2) leaking header tank 3) roof tiles missing 4) flashings, old or damaged 5) leaking pipe work

Hi Nic, Its very unusual for water to penetrate the upstairs inside walls (presuming the bedroom is upstairs). Is the water constant or is it when its raining? Have you had a look in the loft space? Do you have a water storage tank in the loft space? Its best to try rule out as many things as possible first to make it easier to pinpoint the issue.
