Installation of upstairs toilet

Anonymous user 28/02/2024 - 3.39 PM

Hi, we want to make an offer on an ex council duplex, but the toilet is just inside the door and the bathroom, upstairs almost directly above it, has no toilet. How hard would it be to install a new upstairs toilet? Not interested in saniflow.

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

shouldn't be to hard to be honest, you will need to extend the soil pipe upstairs, depending on position of toilet and lay out of bathroom may cause a small disruption to have a water supply to toilet.

Not too difficult as the water supply will already be there, the. Soil stack will need to be modified, the main limiting factor would be the available space in the bathroom.
