how hard is it to fit a techno essex flange

Very hard most plumbers would not want to fit one of these,easier to make adjustments top pipework to enable a top entry Surrey flange

very difficult especially if the tank is insulated. Better to connect to the 22mm from the top of the cylinder as close to the cylinder as possible. Ensure you bend the pipe to prevent cavitation.
