I would check the terms in your buildings insurance policy RE large trees near to your property and potentially look to have a tree survey completed, as subsidence and heaving could also be an issue.

To be honest, there are so many factors which can affect this, from soil type to tree age, porosity, growth rate, tree condition, foundation type et etc, that it is impossible to give you an accurate or even passable response. You really need to get a report done by a reputable (Arb Association Approved) tree surgeon. In my experience, your insurance will need that anyway in order to be valid, so if there isn't one allied to your policy already, then it would be sensible to look at getting one done to cover all the trees in the vicinity of the house.
