Boiler fires u but no hot water comes out of bath,sink, or kitchen taps

I have a Glow worm Ascot 1.45. I know it's obsolete but can't afford new one. When hot water is turned on it fires up but no hot water comes out. For a second it runs warm but then goes cold. What can I do

I am sorry but there is nothing you can do on your own. You need someone to investigate it and offer you a professional opinion. Maybe is 5 minutes fix, or a new boiler.

Hello Lilly.
Don't waste time to check it and replace parts, (if they are still in production).
Get a new boiler.
There is plsnty time before winter comes
