What percentage of broken bricks would you expect in a load?

Just had a load of Machine made Bucks Multi clay through the range bricks, was surprised by the number of broken ones on the pallets and some with deep cracks. What percentage of damaged bricks is acceptable in 2000 bricks?

Normally in a pack of 500 we get around 10 - 20 so around 2-4%

Normally we encounter around 5% damaged bricks per pack but can be more dependant on storage and handling methods.
