Radiators geting Hot when Hot Water is turned on.

Had a plumber recently replace the 3way valve and the problem is still here. I even ordered a replacement wall controller. This did not help. Any ideas? House built in 1999 Thanks

the radiator may be on your hot water circuit as a summer loop, this is common in older property if it is all radiators then a blockage may be the case
