Help! Core drill test/sample and independent expert report - tarmac drive

Hi - does anyone know how I go about getting a core drill test and subsequent report done for my tarmac drive, to establish whether it's been laid properly? The case is with the small claims court. The judge has asked us to get this test done by an independent expert, both parties need to agree the independence and pay 50/50 - but I am struggling to find anyone who carries out this type of work. Can anyone help please? Many thanks.

you need to appoint a surveyor who will appoint some one to take the sample
and the surveyor will write a report based on the sample.

You need to contact your highway authority and ask them who they use for their core samples all councils do coring. Or look online as not sure what area you live.
