I have 2 Damp areas which are halfway up my wall

I have 2 damp patches half way up my wall. The insulation inside the wall is wet. I suspect that I will need the insulation removing. I need a quote for this. The other walls are fine. Will I need to have all the insulation removed or just for that wall. I have had two builders in but there is no obvious place where any water is getting in
