the most important thing to asses first is where will your new water supply come from and and how will you remove the waste water, this will depend on your property, room location etc. In an ideal world you would locate the hot and cold in your current bathroom and just T off that pipework go under the floor and bring up your new pipework into the space where the en-suite will be, depending on what system you have and what shower you are going for, you may want to look at shower pump as this will ensure better water flow. once first fix plumbing is completed, set out and first fix stud work can be done, and second fix electrics. then it's just a case of the suite installation, wall coverings (tiled, moisture board or painted etc) then complete the second fix. I hope you find this helpful.
