Heavy rain. Leaking boiler. CH no hot water. Need help please.

Heavy rain got in to my boiler via flue from damaged guttering. After all that. CH comes on but no hot water what so ever. What has been damaged to cause this? Been looking at forums all morning. Some say deviator value but then others say. If it was that I'd get hot water with CH on. So any help please.

I would save your own time by not searching for any more speculative answers online as you may not get the correct information leading to the actual cause but ask a Gas Safe heating engineer who specialises in boiler breakdown's (most important) to attend and diagnose the fault(s)
