Which type of adhesive?

I have some 600 x300mm tiles and need adhesive and grout for two types of floors one is wooden the other is concrete. Ready mixed grey is preferable but I am struggling to find one that gets decent reviews! Any advice would be appreciated.the tiles are porcelain.

Just go to tops tiles or b and q ideally you want rapid set for the tiles and grout of your choice. For the wooden flooring just buy a decent wood glue from Selco

A rapid set flexible adhesive for both concrete and wooden floors is fine. Yoh can mix it yourself with a paddle mixer!. If your laying the Tile yourself you’ll need to be careful how much you mix as you don’t want to be left with a lot of adhesive as it goes off quite quickly!. You can get a ready mix but they take a while to dry and even the next day you can see some movement in tile!.
Tops tiles will be able to advise you As would any other reputable supplier!.

Topps Tiles adhesive is good to work with, suppose if you was laying this yourself then Id go for a slow set maybe. Also with you mentioning wooden flooring I would advise to lay cement boards down firstly as laying straight onto wooden flooring might cause a few problems within time i.e. swelling, grout cracking....

must be flexible adhesive on timber floor and either flexible on concrete floor or an adhesive that contains porcelbond however i would recomend overboarding timber with a 6mm tile backer board first if the two substrates are adjacent creating one floor then i would overlay both floors with the boards to keep the levels the same and use flexible adhesive across the whole floor best adhesives are the powder varieties that you mix yourself if in doubt get the floors tiled by a proffesional .
