what thickness of under floor insulation boards should i use?

Anonymous user 23/02/2024 - 3.17 PM

I have old style floorboards, which I have taken up and cleaned under them. I am about to install celotex insulation boards between the joists. I was wondering what thickness I should use?

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?
