No hot water pressure in the bath and not cold water pressure in the kitchen.

No hot water pressure in the bath and no cold water pressure in the kitchen. The opposite water is like normal. I live in a 2 bed flat with a water heater. Is there a logical reason for this ?

Usually, poor water pressure is caused by clogged pipes. But if you've already replaced them or have a newer house with new pipes, try the obvious first
